      Avantages

      This company truly cares about its employees. It is a great place to work; the atmosphere is fun and exciting. I love the people I work with, and the higher ups always make sure the employees are happy and comfortable.

      Inconvénients

      The health industry is constantly changing, so new processes or projects are implemented often. But, this creates new work and career opportunities. It teaches employees new skills and prepares them to handle different types of tasks, becoming more well-rounded.

      Avantages

      They have very few competitors in a marketplace with real opportunity for growth. They have a good tech stack (dbt + Airflow + Snowflake + Looker).

      Inconvénients

      Although many smart people work here, incompetence in engineering and engineering management runs rampant (it's rare to find an engineer who can work with git) and an attitude of "don't rock the boat above all else" seems to prevail.
