Avantages
Big name company. Exposure to multiple sales personalities (good and bad). Easy to move within the company. Quick stop position- one year maximum necessary before moving on. Any longer and you're wasting time.
Inconvénients
Not fully integrated to sales team, heavy workload for one person, lazy manager, low pay for crucial work. Everyone is important- except you, but they'll pretend.
