      Steady paychecks. Um...did I mention you get a steady paycheck?

      Inconvénients

      Awful health insurance plan. Total lack of significant communication from top management. Currently undergoing some sort of major re-org with no word from senior managers as to what is happening and why, so the rumor mill has for months been the only source of information.

      Avantages

      The employees that actually and actively do work and come together.

      Inconvénients

      This company promotes bullying and has zero work life balance, they basically have reverted back to the 50s in relation to office first policy! So equated and behind the generations. The CEO Darin Carroll of Pacificorp was on a zoom call saying how he dislikes WFH as he was obviously at home on the call, you just can't make this stuff up, VPs quit and they turn around and get promoted because no one wants to work for a culture of favoritism and bullying!
