      Avantages

      New to the company, less than a year however everyone has been very welcoming and helpful! Very strong team spirit and support with great growth opportunities. Lots of perks and good health insurance plan. Very little employee turnover....people are happy working here! Upper management is open to new ideas and input from all levels within the company. It feels the closest to a family environment in my profession over 25 years!

      Inconvénients

      Must be able to work with deadlines and a lot of multi-tasking

      Avantages

      There is an amazing collaborative culture. Every individual who works there is not only really skilled at what they do, but are genuinely wonderful people. It is a company that is always trying to do better and be better. The staff has a deep mutual respect for each other and face challenges as a team. Plus, if you like dogs, you can often find the cutest pup coming over to say hi.

      Inconvénients

      It is not uncommon that one half of the office will be warm and the other half will be freezing. There is much harmony amongst the staff but apparently not the thermostats.
