Avantages
PROS is full of intelligent and committed people who will go out of their way to support their colleagues. The management team is stable and competent, and the products are high end in the market. Benefits are good and the new office sounds amazing so a great environment to work in.
Inconvénients
Here is the dichotomy, despite the great culture, the company across all levels refuses to accept any form of criticism and so the same mistakes just get repeated over and over and the organisation appears surprised when it gets the same outcome. More agile competitors are therefore eating PROS for breakfast and there appears to be a head in the sand mentality which will needs addressing.
