      The work and people are decent. There is a lot of room to learn from your peers.

      Inconvénients

      Pay is not very competitive and promotions are not guaranteed or quantified in any way. Raises have been minimal.

      Avantages

      Great people, great benefits and culture. Diversity and Inclusion was evident in their celebrations and ERGs. The people in leadership led with intention and respect.

      Inconvénients

      Although it was diverse, it lacked diversity in upper leadership. No Black people at the C-suite level and none (that I was aware of) at the VP or director level.

      Reasonable product/services offered and experienced in the vertical.

      Inconvénients

      They were acquired by a private equity company and then merged with a competitor just after the first of the year.
