Working in a bubble of group think - Avis employé Account Service P-Value Group

They don't have any idea what they are doing beyond their bread and butter of speaker bureau. The leaders are all the same people essentially and just feed each other the same bull, and so it creates this delusional atmosphere. The owner is hard-right wing and makes it well known, which just makes for a tough atmosphere to work within if you have a different opinion
