      Avantages

      Reasonable deadlines to complete tasks, no micromanaging, friendly and smart coworkers, autonomy to make improvements, hybrid work environment, people are treated with dignity and respect. The owners are classy and easygoing. Arlington Heights location is centrally located.

      Work on a wide selection of product designs for several high profile customers. This accelerates your professional experience that you may not get at larger companies where you concentrate on a single subject.

      Inconvénients

      Small company which has its benefits but doesn’t allow for much growth. Not much other than what is stated above.
