      Avantages

      Flexible working hours that allow for a great work-life balance; good package of benefits (gym, food and drinks, free Norwegian course, travel insurance, good pension, corporate credit cards), good and friendly people to work with, very laid back atmosphere, global company with possibilities to move to other offices worldwide after one year; casual, meaning no dress code at all; Social activities are encouraged and funded/supported by the company (e.g. golf or similar activities)

      Inconvénients

      Quite unorganized, lack of proper communication, Norway (location of the HQ) is an incredibly expensive country to live in; bureaucratic problems for immigrants can occur, people sometimes work rather slow

      Avantages

      Truly international in scope and reach, with a mostly HR-centric culture that values employees and delivers management training and feedback well. Nice offices, especially in Norway, and a collaborative and open culture with very little finger-pointing. Lots to do, and many resources with which to do it.

      Inconvénients

      Sometimes a little too European and slow-moving, particularly with regard to setting a direction and sticking to it and/or not shedding unpromising programs or projects quickly enough.
