Facilities are pretty nice. Hybrid work environment. Our team meetings were like group therapy.
Inconvénients
1. The business practices of this company aren't congruent with the message. This company buys others, milks the revenue and cuts employees until the product sucks so bad that customers leave. 2. The executive team is a bunch of yes men that will not question the CEO. 3. The CEO is both CEO and CTO which is laughable as he is at least 15 years behind. 4. They practice stack ranking 5.HR are enforcers of the business. 6. If you are in North America your job will be moved to India. You are constantly at risk. 7. Layoffs every year leaves products minimally supported, so be prepared to be overworked. 8. Any approval to spend money goes to your executive regardless of amount. Slows everything down. 9. Low pay increases, if any. 10 constant turnover of mid level managers makes alignment impossible. 11. The stock price performance makes every equity award worth less than when it was awarded. 12.
