      They have some good quality products

      Inconvénients

      CEO is a tyrant whose management team isn't empowered to do their jobs. Nothing happens unless CEO "approves". Business decisions are regularly delayed by 9+ months because CEO prohibits middle management from moving forward with plans. Front-line employees are left holding the bag for business delays and bad decisions.

      Truly one of the best places to work. The people and the work are both great.

      RTO has been challenging but leadership has been understanding.
