Avantages
*There were some employees that were really wonderful people. *The attrition is so high so you can advance really quickly for roles you aren’t qualified for. *Work from home for some (just say you aren’t vaccinated)
Inconvénients
-By far, this is the worst company I have ever worked for in my life and I don’t know where to start. I believe any good reviews on here are fake because I did not meet one person that liked their job at this place. -Expectations are high and there are no tools to succeed. People keep quitting so their job duties spread over into your already overwhelmed plate. -I used to cry every Sunday and sometimes other days for the fact that I would have to work in this miserable place. -This company acquires a bunch of companies with no plan to integrate them in successfully, no plan for cross selling, no one knows what is going on, so it’s extremely frustrating to get anything done. -If you’re a small company, do not parter with them. -One of my last weeks there, someone on my team had a nervous breakdown and another had an alcohol problem and would frequently drink on the job. That’s how toxic this place is. -I went through 3 managers in 3 months. I have never seen such high turnover anywhere in my life. *There were quite a few really great people that were also frustrated with the absolute chaotic, bureaucratic nightmare workplace. -Upper leadership is extremely toxic and either doesn’t lead, or they puff their chests out and have such an outdated “top-down” approach to leadership that doesn’t work anymore and don’t even know what’s going on right under their noses. -I don’t recommend this place to anyone. I have a friend still working there and she cries every day.
