      - the work/life balance here has been fantastic - generous with enrichment opportunities - genuinely concerned/active in regards to diversity

      Inconvénients

      - sometimes scattered technical goals - should spend more time addressing technical debt (though really most tech companies needs to do this)

      Thank you for your candor. Through our new performance management tool, all employees now have insight into executive goals across the company. I also hope our recent re-org of our product and engineering teams will help streamline technical priorities. If you have questions about how your own workload fits into larger company goals, please raise this with your manager or your HRBP.
