Avantages

Decent Healthcare and Vacation, most of the production/support staff and a little of the management are good people.

Inconvénients

Plan on making the same amount of money you start at when you quit. The company has a solid business plan, but lacks the commitment and follow through to make it work well. They instead overload their employees with work that could be simplified or streamlined. This leads to people all down the chain cutting corners to get work out on time (still late a lot) rather than correct. There are a few good managers, but most are only concerned with getting as much as they can out of their employees for as little as possible. The good managers (Digital, Mech. Bindery) take accountability but the rest solely survive on finger pointing and blame shifting. Initiative is ignored and those questioning bad practices are frowned upon. If you can be happy keeping your head down and going nowhere while doing a heavy load of work you should be able to survive.
