      Avantages

      - Pay is reasonable - Environment is friendly (to both men and women). Adversely to the review on March 24th, there are many women in leadership roles that have the same opportunity as anyone else to advance in their careers. - Most current technology - Work / life balance is encouraged and welcomed - Employer sponsored events that bring the employees together

      Inconvénients

      - Many manual processes - Force to load ratio is not always balanced, but as is the same with any rapidly growing company
