Avantages
When I first started working with One Point, they had a great family feel to the workplace. The employee's were happy and you talked about your work with pride. I do like the fellow Scranton employees and the work with local charities.
Inconvénients
Once OP decided to grow ( buying out other buisness's) the company took a sharp turn downward: Unhappy employees ( more work, less or no bonuses/ raises, loss of profit sharing), Confusion internally due to multiple mgmt changes and outside advisors that changed things about this once great company that should have been left as is.
