      The work culture is wonderful, all people there are amazing. Events and all are regular and a lot of fun

      you get some sort of work life balance

      Inconvénients

      will not fire you until your work is not done, as you have complete your work thay will fire you , lala company , only if you say yas to the manager good for you , when you argue for valid point and if manager ego hurt thay will fire you without any valid reason ,
