      This company has very flat hierarchy. Pretty casual. A lot of people to learn from.

      Not many to speak of. It may be too small for some people. Sometimes it may be hard to get help.

      Getting to know latest derivatives knowledge and risk management models; Access to large banking clients quant models and professional traders; Work life balance is good, no overtime working under most circumstances; Boss and senior are good to communicate with; Friendly to non-citizen employees.

      Inconvénients

      The starting salary is slightly lower than the large banks average level.
