      Avantages

      Unlimited room for growth, unlimited help from peers, remote work offered, flexible work hours if needed, no micro-managing, and overall just a good work life culture.

      Inconvénients

      Some managers have a lot on their plates, making it hard to be available at all times.

      Avantages

      Exposure to general cybersecurity, hands-on experience with SIEM and SOAR tools, and ability to move up quickly.

      Inconvénients

      Hard workers will get taken advantage of. Pay is extremely below industry standard and in most cases your annual reviews will be delayed/ignored.
