      Avantages

      Editors are available for questions and guidance, honest feedback is given, and the editors are very respectful. Payments are not super high, but reasonable and reinforced with good bonuses.

      Inconvénients

      No real cons other than that the CMS can be a little frustrating to learn initially.

      -Lots of freedom in writing -Great communication with colleagues and editorial staff -Excellent contacts with tech companies -Good reputation in the tech journalism community -Good pay rates for freelance journalists

      Inconvénients

      -Fully remote; it can get a bit lonely -Fully freelance/contract - you only earn as much as you work -KPI metric bonuses can be hard to hit -Recent changes to pay structure can make it harder for new writers to break in -Site still has a low presence in the U.S. market
