The staff is incredibly welcoming, almost like you're joining the family, and make sure to recognize individuals for their hard work. The work competitive but not demanding in any way. It's a great opportunity for college students wanting to get a part-time job that give you exposure to a somewhat professional work environment. They are also really flexible when it comes to fitting you into the schedule as well as giving everyone a fair amount of shifts

Since a good portion of the staff are comprised of undergraduate college students, there is a lack of professionalism and common courtesy at times. Their training process also seems to lack a bit of depth and thoroughness, but nothing that can't be fixed over time.

Northpoint Crossing provides a great atmosphere to work in with very fun employees, great sales and marketing experience and very flexible hours. You will be gaining skills that can be helpful in your future career.

The pay is not very good for the investment of time this job requires.
