      Avantages

      I've never had to question my pay and neither has anyone that I work with had to. Owners actually care about the wellbeing of their employees. Nice to be apart of a company who doesn't want to sacrifice customers satisfaction for profit.

      Inconvénients

      3 Weeks is the max vacation you can get to. This isn't an issue for me but I have heard a couple of others mention it.

      Avantages

      The vision is exciting and I know they want to see me grow! It's nice to work in an auto group that cares about their employees and customers. Great medical benefits! Appreciate the support from all of our shared services teams!

      Inconvénients

      It's time to improve some benefits like our PTO program and 401k.
