      Sudden Layoffs, No Compensation, and Low Pay The company has a record of sudden layoffs without any prior notice, warnings, or performance evaluations. In one instance, 13 employees were let go at once, following an earlier round where 6 others were laid off. There was no compensation or severance provided to affected employees. Salary standards are below industry average, with limited growth or appraisal opportunities.
