      Avantages

      A crossfunctional team, a lot of responsibilty and challenging tasks that make you think outside the box.

      Inconvénients

      Executives would not hold accountability, often blaming others for their own faults. Opinions valued to your face, but would be punished later on. High turnover rate, no room for upward growth.

      Avantages

      Working at Neuro Insight in college was an absolute pleasure. The work is fascinating -- I learned more than I ever thought I would about the brain and how it functions. Company leaders take a hands-on approach with younger employees, and I consider them important mentors

      Avantages

      The work seemed really interesting. It is a small team so there is a lot of potential to learn from senior management.

      Inconvénients

      They were quite stubborn about the conditions. Wanted me to relocate immediately without a signing bonus, and were paying only $1000/month as a stipend for a college graduate level. No bonuses either.
