      No real leadership Low pay Nothing to learn there Dont waste your time here

      Avantages

      I have been working at Netshell( 1 year), i found nothing good in this company ,they make fake promising agreement of salary , thats why all most everyone is fresher here. i dont think there is any up side of working here,everyday is like a horror trip for me when i am in this company.

      Inconvénients

      -No work Ethics -They hire you when they need and later they fire you. -They humiliate freshers -They are just money mongers who ask clients for extra-money, where we have 5 hour work they show 20 to 30 hour to client
