No vision, no plan, org restructuring every year. There is a new management every year and everyone has a "know it all" attitude

It pains us to hear your comment. Netlink has always been very dedicated towards its vision and work systematically, with plan and precision.

They give 2 15 minute breaks. Co workers were nice.
Inconvénients
The supervisor told me I was doing a good job, then when I got home that day, HR called me and said they were letting me go.
The first day I was there, while I was in training, the supervisor said I have to go faster. You have to keep your purse and iPhone in a locker. You can’t eat at your desk and you can’t listen to music while you’re working. They are way too rigid and their production requirements is way too much. They expect you to do 6 boxes a day.
