      Avantages

      1. Have some good clientile 2. Some of the managers are good

      Inconvénients

      1. No patience for the management team to see results. Unreasonable deadlines and targets. 2. Everyone works to please their managers and finally no work gets done. 3. They will not pay your variable in your final settlement and give random reasons for not paying out. If you ask the HR, they'll threaten to spoil your career. 4. No chance of getting promoted even if you work 12 hours a day.

      Avantages

      They give 2 15 minute breaks. Co workers were nice.

      Inconvénients

      The supervisor told me I was doing a good job, then when I got home that day, HR called me and said they were letting me go. The first day I was there, while I was in training, the supervisor said I have to go faster. You have to keep your purse and iPhone in a locker. You can’t eat at your desk and you can’t listen to music while you’re working. They are way too rigid and their production requirements is way too much. They expect you to do 6 boxes a day.
