      Good salaries, good work environment, innovative, they ask for your inputs how to improve things, in general has a good work environment

      Inconvénients

      Sometimes chaotic and unorganised, India’s back office is a nightmare, IT support is the worse thing you will ever encounter in your life!

      Avantages

      They give 2 15 minute breaks. Co workers were nice.

      Inconvénients

      The supervisor told me I was doing a good job, then when I got home that day, HR called me and said they were letting me go. The first day I was there, while I was in training, the supervisor said I have to go faster. You have to keep your purse and iPhone in a locker. You can’t eat at your desk and you can’t listen to music while you’re working. They are way too rigid and their production requirements is way too much. They expect you to do 6 boxes a day.
