      I have been working in BI&A with Netlink since last 7 years.. Good work culture Work life is balanced Good opportunities to grow If you have zeal to learn and grow, this organization is for you. Management is very cooperative and balanced

      Inconvénients

      Internet connection need to be improvised Traffic is a trouble here due to outskirt location of Bhopal

      Thank you for the feedback. We look forward to make your workplace happy and satisfying. We will look into the points mentioned as our improvement areas. About the remark on traffic, the roads are being broadened so there are traffic issues but will be mended soon.

      Avantages

      They give 2 15 minute breaks. Co workers were nice.

      Inconvénients

      The supervisor told me I was doing a good job, then when I got home that day, HR called me and said they were letting me go. The first day I was there, while I was in training, the supervisor said I have to go faster. You have to keep your purse and iPhone in a locker. You can’t eat at your desk and you can’t listen to music while you’re working. They are way too rigid and their production requirements is way too much. They expect you to do 6 boxes a day.
