Avantages

Working in the sales department has been fulfilling. Netcore has a strong focus on providing training to enhance our skills, and I feel well-equipped to do my job. There’s plenty of opportunity to grow, and the management is always supportive. Work-life balance is decent, though sales targets can make the job demanding. Overall, it’s a great company to be a part of if you’re looking to grow.

Meeting sales targets can occasionally require extra hours .

Avantages

Wonderful supportive culture that encourages personal growth as well as professional mentorship. Many, many internal areas of focus where employees may grow their professional career. Certainly take an interest in personal well-being above all else. Open communication is regular, with all levels being easily accessible (including founder, CEO and executive team). Would highly recommend to anyone with an entrepreneurial spirit who wishes to grow their career!
