      Nice people and a good working atmosphere. Management is fair and honest - you know where you stand. Lots of progress has been made in employee benefits and care.

      Avantages

      Generous PTO and vacation time. Strong healthcare and dental coverage. 401(k) finally offered after years of employee requests. Work-life balance is generally respected. Supportive peers within the U.S. team.

      Inconvénients

      Disconnected UK leadership lacks empathy or awareness of U.S. team morale. Below average salary and commission compensation compared to similar roles. No path for internal promotion despite years of proven performance. Fear of retaliation for voicing concerns; feedback is discouraged. Recognition is nonexistent—even top performers go unacknowledged. New leadership expected to fix everything with no internal support.
