Avantages
I have loved every minute of being able to work for NetDocuments. Their leadership from the CEO on down is second to none. The care they demonstrate for their employees is amazing. I've dealt with a number of personal and family issues that have taken me away from work and it's never been questioned. The response has always been "how can we best help". The sales organization here has amazing leadership in place. The VP of SMB Sales is easily the best sales leader I have ever worked for. He knows how to lead people as much as he knows how to sell which you don't always find in good sales leaders.
Inconvénients
There have been some growing pains sometimes getting marketing and sales aligned on the objectives but it has worked out and is starting to become a really well oiled machine.
