They care more about making it to the "best company to work for" list, than actually being the best company to work for. The management is very deceptive; promising one thing and doing quite the opposite. Very unethical and unprofessional management, and when you escalate the issue to HR, they will throw you under the bus. No salary hikes, no bonuses and no recognition for work. Horrible experience
