Great people, great management, excellent benefits, products that are unique and therefore easy to sell. Company is growing, and a testament to the customer value of the products is that NetApp grew during the recent economic downturn.
Inconvénients
Understaffed in some areas results in overworked staff in those areas. Top focus areas get all the attention and funding, resulting in disenchantment elsewhere.
