Avantages
Good culture, employees are by and large treated, well, extra emphasis on great place to work, flexible work schedule.
Inconvénients
Too much consensus oriented predisposition, poor decision making process, inept leadership - cannot figure out what to do to grow the business, top down leadership, lack of delegation, power struggle at the top, too much focus on top and bottom line without a tangible clear direction on dealing with the changing market conditions.
