Perspective commerciale
Avantages
Office culture is good: a sense of mutual respect is there. Flexible timings and less formality in interaction with manager. Work from home option also adds to flexible work schedule. Offers some facility in Employee health care.
Inconvénients
Package is not competitive at all. Moreover Micro managing has also started. Work life balance actually depends on group and manager. NetApp has good technical talent but lacks good managerial talent. Growth is not as used to be 3-4 years before.
