Avantages
When I first started, the company was dynamic, growing and the exec mgmt. always wanted to do the right thing. As the company things changed, but they strived hard to keep the 'culture' and for the most part they succeeded. Biggest change was when Tom Georgens resigned.
Inconvénients
After Tom G, the company strived hard to make corrections thru priorities of investment in order to 'right the ship'. Unfortunately, those changes cost the company it's soul as they lost their way in both market leadership and people leadership. The collaborative culture that once defined NetApp still exists, but it is in pockets now and hard to find. It's been replaced by a standard corporate culture with politics and drama being the new standard.
