-Beaucoup de gens bons, gentils et travailleurs -Environnement de bureau amusant (même si c'est un mauvais emplacement)

Inconvénients

net2phone Canada a perdu et remplacé près de la moitié de ses effectifs en 2021. Tous les défis conduisent à un mauvais leadership. La haute direction est dédaigneuse du problème et ne reconnaîtra pas ou n'en parlera pas longuement dans les groupes. Le salaire est bien inférieur au taux du marché dans l'ensemble. Les avantages sociaux (2000$ flexible, aucune couverture supplémentaire, aucun dentaire, aucune prescription, etc.) ne sont pas bons. La culture des frères est très réelle, très grossière et toxique. Les choses que les gens disent là-bas sont vraiment mauvaises.

Honestly? None. Leaving was the best thing that happened to me.

This company is one of the most toxic and unprofessional environments I’ve ever worked in. It is fueled by racism favoritism and retaliation. If you are a person of color especially a Black woman expect to be excluded disrespected and targeted for simply existing and doing your job well. Leadership plays favorites and if you’re not part of their clique you’re shut out. I was harassed excluded from team communication and spoken to with blatant disrespect. When I reported a serious incident where a coworker threatened to physically harm me the manager laughed. I reported it to HR and not only did they dismiss my concern they told me I was being delusional. They sat there in front of the manager who denied everything even though he had laughed about it when it happened. That kind of gaslighting was standard. The company lacks any real leadership or professionalism. People show up intoxicated. There are constant rumors of misuse of sensitive data including credit card information. Coworkers openly admit to being drunk on the job. Nothing is handled professionally. Everything is swept under the rug or pinned on someone else. It is a toxic culture from top to bottom. Promotions are given based on favoritism not merit. There’s no accountability. Management is more focused on covering their own backs than supporting their employees or creating a healthy work culture.
