      Avantages

      Good projects that end up launching in the market

      Inconvénients

      Toxic management, very top down hierarchy. Directors are ordered to make the juniors work overtime and give them iterations of work untill working late becomes a habit. Staff wont share resources or help out as everyone is competing with each other.

      Avantages

      - Fun and talented group to work with. - Great opportunity to improve skills and design thinking. - Good variety of projects. - Leadership pushes you to step out of comfort zone. - Leadership mentorship valuable if you seek it out.

      Inconvénients

      - Projects can feel rushed and lack closure. - Politics can muddle atmosphere, having HQ in London.

      Avantages

      -Interesting projects from wide array of different industries -Young, still developing environment

      Inconvénients

      -Weak digital design process and execution. -Stifling office atmosphere and structure. -Virtually no project management and planning. -Some of the directors are generally capable but cant say that for the rest of the team. -Most of team left in dark as to strategies and decisions of those made by directors and management in a room upstairs.
