      Avantages

      Projects are interesting to work on.

      Inconvénients

      Bad management creates lots of stresses for employees and unhappy environment. Bullying culture and politics exist and people leaving the company frequently. Some designer have to work for such a long hours caused by bad management. This environment only suits someone who is young, tough and eager to step up quickly.

      Avantages

      - Fun and talented group to work with. - Great opportunity to improve skills and design thinking. - Good variety of projects. - Leadership pushes you to step out of comfort zone. - Leadership mentorship valuable if you seek it out.

      Inconvénients

      - Projects can feel rushed and lack closure. - Politics can muddle atmosphere, having HQ in London.

      Avantages

      -Interesting projects from wide array of different industries -Young, still developing environment

      Inconvénients

      -Weak digital design process and execution. -Stifling office atmosphere and structure. -Virtually no project management and planning. -Some of the directors are generally capable but cant say that for the rest of the team. -Most of team left in dark as to strategies and decisions of those made by directors and management in a room upstairs.
