After the acquisition, all their top performing employees left because they have layoffs every 3-4 months consistently since the closing of the acquisition. Less people means more work on the employees still there, salary is still much lower compared to the industry average. PTO and other benefits have also lowered since. People were happy to take the lower pay cut for the lifestyle offered here, but now you are paid less than everyone else for the same if not more work. No longer worth it.
