You talk to ur managers as if they are ur childhood friends. 4. Excellent Culture and values. 5. Company is very stable. They have very limited market but they are leaders in their domain. They don't have to look for their competitors.
Inconvénients
1. They don't differentiate between a developer and a tester. So if you are unlucky you could be put to testing team. 2. Company doesn't want to spend much on its employees. They haven't increased their joining level salary for years now. So, they cannot afford to hire people from premium institutes anymore.
