Avantages
Staff are so passionate about our mission. We have adopted a new mission, vision and values that staff can see that the work that they do supports the organizations overall goals. Based on our organization assessments staff feel cared for, supported, and given the autonomy to be innovative and share new ideas.
We have moved to a national pay practice with clear direction on way that we make decisions arounds compensation. We worked directly with a diverse working group to ensure that voices were heard from all levels of the organization.
We support staff in our benefit offerings by contributing to 75% of the overall cost. In 2026 we will be adding pet insurance. We look forward to continuing to build upon our full compliment of our total rewards strategy.
Inconvénients
There is a lot of change. I do not think that change is a negative thing for any organization. As we continue to grow as an organization we work hard to ensure intentionality in relationship to change and communicate with staff regularly. We practice transparency and we may need to continue to check in with staff to make sure that our transparency is not creating unnecessary concerns.
Being in a fully insured benefit mode creates limitations. However, we are actively working through to continue to find innovative ways to ensure that our teams across 48 states have access to the resources that they need for their family.
