      Comfortable working environment, convenient location

      Inconvénients

      Psychopath boss, stupid management, messy procedures, unorganized workflow, promote those who know how to flatter management, unfair salary review, double standards to staff, treat you as slave, you are lazy and useless if you not OT, crazy turnover rate -> no handover at all -> people keep moving before you know each others, unfair benefits between departments , never trust people, threaten you that not issuing company proof if you insist on getting back short notice salary when you are sacked, no company doctor, poor medical benefits,

      Avantages

      - colleagues are nice and friendly - some students are nice

      Inconvénients

      - you cannot decide which days to take for your annual leave. they decided it for you and you cannot switch it after all, even though they said you could - work ends at 8pm even on mid-autumn festival, Christmas eve and you have no time to celebrate with your loved ones - repetitive non-teaching duties that require you to finish them within tight deadlines. if you have to teach 24/7, you need to finish them in your spare time - no time to prepare for class and again, you need to do that when you return home after 8pm or even on holidays due to the busy teaching schedule - you do not have the time to even go to the toilet for the whole day and to drink water when your schedule is full. students do not know that classes are ended 5 minutes early - teaching hours can be manipulated and you cannot get the bonus after all - you are forced to work for extra hours with no compensation because you have to obey the company rules
