I have worked for 2 of NJM offices and things are done differently in both although it's one company - Avis employé Customer Service NJM Insurance

Things are routinely run differently amoungst offices. The main office has the fortune of having upper management present so things run much more smoothly than the satellite offices. Only having been employed for the company a few years I was giving tips to the management in the satellite office on how to do things. It was very poorly managed and disorganized. Most of the employees weren't happy in that department. Getting time off is next to impossible. At will employer means keep your mouth shut and never go against management.
