      Avantages

      Nice people, friendly, team oriented and very helpful.

      Inconvénients

      No support from Paychex (parent company). Management is absent from leading the team. No training on any part of the job and no career development. Process is manual. Management not open to suggestions and disengaged.

      Avantages

      It was a great company to work for. Pay was solid, coworkers were wonderful, and office was comfortable.

      Inconvénients

      Company was acquired by another company and most employees were either fired or quit.

      Avantages

      Well established company with substantial budgets (from Paychex - the umbrella company) and Executives that are extremely open to suggestions, ideas & feedback.

      Inconvénients

      Too much red tape when it comes to budget and other approvals.
