Avantages
Good for freshers from outside metro city . But freshers also should not stick here for more than 6 to 10 months otherwise your work ethic will get demolish .
Inconvénients
Full of politics .. even their top management and ceo is involved in poor politics. They give multiple chances to their favoured people but not to an outsider. They don’t keep promises. Poor leadership ethics. People always want to work with good people but unfortunately no good people in Netmonestry. New HR team is of no use , I have complained to her many times of my request. Even basic facilities like insurance is not provided. All the bad reviews are true ..
