      Avantages

      People are Friendly, management treats you like a human being, If you want to grow in your career they will totally support you. free doughnuts on Thursday.

      Inconvénients

      Scheduling issues lead to problems in work flow. This in turn causes things to be more hectic than they would otherwise be. Reluctance to address poor performance among some employees. This leads to issues where other employees are constantly fixing things caused by a small group of people.

      Avantages

      Good benefits package. Room to advance and grow. Excellent floor leadership. Excellent shift premiums. Overtime generally available but not mandatory.

      Inconvénients

      Alot of the work is dependent on 1 particular customer. Things can slow down quickly. However, if you are willing to travel North into their other locations there is generally work available at other facilities.

      Management literally doesn't care about you, and doesn't want to understand what you do.
