      Avantages

      Wonderful coworkers, fun product and brands to work with. Struggling to think of anything more.

      Inconvénients

      - Management will harass you outside of work hours and expect you to devote your life to the company. - Both the CEO and CFO will go out of their way to shame you publicly for any minor mistakes. - They will make the remaining of your time in the company a living hell when you decide to resign. - Management constantly trying to pit employees against each other. Beware... the company has recently rebranded is now known as ICHIGO.

      Avantages

      The team is really helpful, and you get trained to handle multiple platforms like LINE, FB, and IG. There’s a system to track customer feedback, which makes it easier to improve service. Good place to build communication and CRM skills.

      Inconvénients

      Some peak hours get hectic with lots of chats coming in at once.

      Avantages

      You learn a lot quickly: chatting with customers, closing sales on LINE and Facebook, using CRM tools. The team is supportive, and there’s solid training. Hitting targets comes with nice bonuses.

      Inconvénients

      It gets busy during big campaigns. Can be a bit much if you’re not used to fast paced work.
