      Avantages

      Had a great experience throughout the recruitment process with Move. From the first initial contact, Nicola kept me up to date and the process was really efficient. I felt that everybody involved really gave the time and effort to get to know me and the overall impression of Move was so, so positive. Although I'm not working with them, the organisation clearly has a brilliant model and it's success so far is testament to the team in place there. Definitely lots of exciting things coming up in the future for Move, I wish them all the best.

      remote work, some interesting clients

      Inconvénients

      Careless place of employment and driven by ego. There is a huge turnover (I mean huge; the company has a completely different set of people compared to, for example, a year ago) due to a lack of professionalism and growth. It paints this picture of a really progressive workplace run by people who know their stuff—but it's just not true. And I have to emphasise again- does not care about their employees at all. The Glassdoor rating does not reflect what it is like working here; it is far too high. If you are interviewing here, keep your eyes out for the red flags.
